When an HVAC issue and broken pipe caused major damage to this condo in Old City, the entire ceiling had to be taken down. Tony handled the full restoration from start to finish, removing the ruined materials, installing a brand-new ceiling, and carefully taping, compounding, and painting to ensure a flawless finish.

He also reinstalled all of the recessed lighting, bringing back the warm, functional atmosphere of the room. To complete the project, Tony installed new crown molding, baseboards, and custom clamshell trim around the attic door, leaving the space looking polished, seamless, and better than before the damage.
